Tasting Notes
Very Smooth.  Aromas of clean vegetal cane, not quite sugary, but off-dry, surprisingly the overproof alcohol doesn’t sting, slightly buttery, almond.  The initial taste mirrors the aromas, with slightly sweet cane falovrs most prominent, followed by some white pepper, a hint of buttery praline, all nicely balanced.  The body is thin and light (as most overproofs are) but possessing some depth, leading quickly to a finish that is briefly dry, then transitions to an ending with some residual simple sweetness.

Neisson Agricole Blanc certainly delicate enough to sip by itself, but that’s not what it’s made for.  Try it in  a 'Ti Punch on a hot summer day.  Sip in moderation and feels the cares melt away.  There’a reason some call this simple but strong cocktail Martinique’s national drink.

The Neisson distillery continually impresses with their line of excellent, yet reasonably priced spirits.  Their Agricole Blanc packs a complexity and surprising number of delicate flavors into a rhum that other simply produce for burying in a fruity drink.
